GIB® (Winstone Wallboards Ltd) is seeking an Inventory Coordinator based at Tauriko to ensure a steady supply of products. You will work with the Inventory Manager to monitor stock levels, optimise inventory flow, and maintain accurate records across systems.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in inventory or logistics coordination, and proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. Collaboration with Manufacturing, Warehousing, Planning, and Supply Chain teams is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, supply chain, or logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and intermediate Microsoft Excel.
• Sound understanding of inventory control, warehousing, and supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and reflect stock levels in systems.
• Investigate discrepancies, perform reconciliations and adjustments.
• Coordinate transfers, movements, and adjustments to meet operations.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and biannual stocktakes and address variances.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Warehousing, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to optimise stock availability.
• Support reporting, inventory control improvements, and continuous process improvement.
