Job summary

GIB® (Winstone Wallboards Ltd) Tauriko site is seeking a seasoned supply chain leader to own inventory, despatch and customer fulfilment. You’ll lead a seven-person team and drive operational excellence to improve service, stock integrity and delivery performance.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll partner with Manufacturing, Planning, Sales and Customer Service to meet demand, implement smarter ways of working and foster a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

Seasoned supply chain leader with proven transformation experience.
Strong capability building and measurable improvements across service, inventory, safety and performance.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Inventory and Despatch teams.
Drive inventory accuracy, stock integrity and operational excellence.
Own freight, despatch and customer delivery performance.
Collaborate with Distribution Operations to resolve service/inventory issues.
Partner with Manufacturing, Planning, Sales and Customer Service to meet demand.
Identify opportunities and implement smarter ways of working.
Champion a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.
