Job summary

GIB® (Winstone Wallboards Ltd) in Tauriko, NZ, is seeking a Manufacturing Support Officer to help manage data flow between Production, Distribution and Supply Chain teams. You will maintain system data, coordinate transactions and support reporting to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires 1+ year in a manufacturing or operations-support environment, with ERP experience (JDE or SAP), strong analytics and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across production, distribution and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate production, inventory and operational data within JDE.
• Support production planning and operational scheduling activities.
• Coordinate inventory and warehouse transactions across production and distribution teams.
• Provide office administration support, including purchasing and PPE coordination.
• Coordinate communication across manufacturing departments.
• Assist with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
