Job summary

The University of Auckland seeks a Schools and Community Recruitment Adviser to drive recruitment initiatives for the school leaver market. You will deliver mana-enhancing activities for Years 13 students and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities for engagement with Waipapa Taumata Rau.

You will work with Faculties as a relationship manager to ensure their needs are communicated and met by the Schools and Community Engagement function.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders and communities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using digital tools to support recruitment and engagement.
• Understanding of the NZ secondary school system and tertiary sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment initiatives for the school leaver market.
• Deliver mana-enhancing and inspiring activities for Years 13 students.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities for students with Waipapa Taumata Rau.
• Serve as relationship manager with Faculties to meet programme needs.
• Coordinate targeted events and engagement activities.
