We are looking for a self-motivated, confident, reliable, and well-organised Intermediate Planner to join our team of property professionals in the Hamilton or Tauranga office. As part of our Infrastructure and Environmental team, you will provide professional and technical planning expertise across a range of projects andbe exposed to the full range of consultancy services it takes to bring a project to life. A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in planning/resource management within NZ with a sound understanding of consent processing and relevant legislation.
A tertiary qualification in planning, geography and/or resource management.
An Associate or Graduate NZPI membership.
Ability to interpret legislation to inform planning assessments and processes.
Ability to organise workload and projects effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and relationship skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
