Job summary

Motion in Mount Maunganui seeks an Inside Customer Account Manager. This full-time, on-site role focuses on managing Level 4 and Level 5 accounts, driving outbound sales, and expanding business while maintaining premium service.

You will work across Marketing, Web, IT, Customer Service and Contracts to ensure smooth sales processes and achievement of targets. A proactive, team‑oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Outbound calling experience.
• Reasonable knowledge of Motion product offering.
• Excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio and ensure premium service for customers.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls targeting L4 and L5 accounts to generate sales and nurture leads.
• Understand each account’s needs and tailor product/service offerings accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Web, IT, Customer Service, Contracts) to ensure account satisfaction and smooth sales process.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and provide timely reports on activities, opportunities, and account status.
