Job summary

FCM Travel is seeking an Inside Account Manager in Auckland to grow the existing customer base and drive sales through data-driven insights. You will build strong client relationships and ensure product configurations are optimized while communicating new features to customers.

The role requires presenting to clients both in person and online, with a focus on delivering growth opportunities and excellent service within our corporate FCM team in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Proven account management or customer relations experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships.
• Proven ability to articulate knowledge about products and services to customers leading to enhanced sales and growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for growth and sales within existing customer base.
• Analyse customer data and trends and deliver opportunities through analysis.
• Develop and build strong business relationships with customers.
• Ensure all technical configurations are optimised and keep customers informed of new technical product availability.
• Confidently presenting to clients both face to face and online.
