Genuine Parts Company NZ is seeking an Inside Customer Account Manager to drive outbound sales, manage Level 4 and Level 5 accounts, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers across our NZ territory. You will work with cross-functional teams to promote Motion products, deliver premium service, and contribute to the growth of our local customer base.

Qualifications

• Outbound calling experience required.
• Knowledge of Motion product offering beneficial.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with CRM tools.
• Problem solving mindset and curiosity; comfortable with blue-collar stakeholders.
• Team player attitude and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio and ensure premium service for customers.
• Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls targeting Level 4 and Level 5 accounts to generate sales and nurture leads.
• Tailor product/service offerings to each account's needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Web, IT, Customer Service and Contracts to ensure smooth sales processes.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics; provide timely reports on activities.
