Job summary

The Warehouse Group, via Noel Leeming Services, is seeking a tech-enabled service specialist who will install and support technology solutions in stores, homes, and workplaces. You will perform data transfers, device configurations, and on-site troubleshooting with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Role blends in-store setup with field delivery and installation, requiring driving and travel as needed. Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant work experience or relevant qualification.
• Superior interpersonal and customer support skills, with ability to adjust technical language to suit the customer.
• Driven and confident in troubleshooting problems.

Responsibilities

• Product Installation, data transfer, device configuration and troubleshooting.
• Provide training and support on a wide variety of products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve smart device or network problems and manage network security.
• Physical installation of products such as wall mounting (training will be provided).
• Attend store meetings and support field work when coworkers are on leave.
• Use company vehicle for delivery of services where required.
• Provide training support in workshops for groups and businesses.
