Job summary

The Warehouse Group in Gisborne is seeking an On Site Tech Solutions Specialist to install and configure devices, transfer data, and troubleshoot networks for customers in homes and stores. The role is based in the Gisborne store with field work and travel as needed.

You will deliver hands-on support, demonstrate products, and ensure quality service while maintaining professionalism and safety. A full NZ driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in installing and setting up consumer tech devices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple service jobs and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Product installation, data transfer, device configuration and troubleshooting.
• Provide training and support on a wide variety of products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve smart device or network problems and manage network security.
• Physical installation of products such as wall mounting.
• Attend store meetings and support field work when needed.
• Use of a company vehicle and company phone for service delivery and communication.
