Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Structural Engineering with Pr. Eng registration (ECSA), at least 9 years of experience including 3 in management, and proficiency with ETABS, SAP2000,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is required.
• Pr.Eng registration with ECSA is mandatory.
• 9+ years of progressive structural engineering experience, incl. 3+ years in management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the structural engineering department, including resource allocation and performance management.
• Oversee the structural design, analysis, and detailing for a variety of construction projects.
• Ensure all structural designs comply with building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Provide expert technical advice on structural matters to project teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects and construction teams to resolve design challenges.
• Conduct site inspections to verify structural integrity and quality.
• Manage project risks related to structural engineering and mitigations.
• Stay current with advancements in materials and design practices.
