About the Role

Our client, a prominent construction and engineering firm, is seeking an experienced Structural Engineering Manager to lead their technical team in **Queenstown, Eastern Cape**. This role is pivotal in overseeing the structural design and integrity of diverse construction projects, ranging from commercial buildings to industrial facilities. The position operates on a **Hybrid** model, allowing for strategic office-based planning and collaboration alongside necessary site engagement. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) registration with ECSA is mandatory.
• A minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a management or team leadership role.
• Extensive experience with structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, Prokon).
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a **Hybrid** work environment, effectively managing time between remote and on-site duties.
• Demonstrated experience in client liaison and stakeholder management.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the **Eastern Cape**.
