Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in engineering projects for our Queenstown operations. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives, coordinating with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 6 years of PM experience in engineering contexts, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience with a strong engineering focus.
• Experience managing projects involving new product development or process improvement is preferred.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and project lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of diverse engineering projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage engineering project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
