Responsibilities

• Assist store management in coordinating daily operational activities.
• Support inventory management processes, including stock takes and replenishment.

• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
• Process transactions, manage cash handling, and reconcile daily sales.
• Implement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new retail staff.
• Monitor stock levels and report on inventory discrepancies.
• Contribute to maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Support the store team in achieving operational and sales targets.
