Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or similar role.
• Familiarity with transportation modes and common shipping practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and overall Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely pick-ups and deliveries.
• Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams and customers.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs forms.
• Liaise with transportation providers for cost-effective freight arrangements.
• Manage inventory records and assist with stocktaking.
• Resolve shipping issues and customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain logistics records and databases.
• Support process improvements in logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• Assist in daily operations and special projects as needed.
