Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management with diverse portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws in South Africa.
• Excellent financial management and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (MDA Property, Yardi).
• Willingness to travel within the Eastern Cape region.
