Job summary

Tiaki Wai is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its Capital Delivery team in the Wellington region. You will coordinate project plans, schedules, meetings and timelines, ensuring progress across multiple workstreams and visibility of risks and milestones.

You will support documentation, reporting and financial administration, contributing to a well-governed project environment and successful delivery of infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project delivery environment in a coordination role.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall or PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Experience using Microsoft Project or other project management tools.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Confident in preparing project updates, tracking actions and producing reports.
• Solid financial administration skills with budgets and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans, schedules, meetings, actions and timelines; keep workstreams moving and escalate risks.
• Manage project documentation and records; ensure information is accurate and accessible; track activities and milestones.
• Support project financial administration and reporting, including budgets, expenditures and invoices.
