Job summary

Tiaki Wai seeks a senior leader to shape asset management planning for water infrastructure across its network. You will develop and maintain Facility and Bulk Network Management Plans, integrate lifecycle planning with investment prioritisation, and influence governance for robust capital programmes.

You will set condition assessment frameworks, interpret asset health data, and translate evidence into risk-based investment needs while commissioning investigations and guiding project scoping

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of water supply, wastewater treatment and drainage systems.
• Experience in risk-informed asset management plans and long-term investment programmes.
• Strong capability in condition assessment, asset health and performance analysis.
• Experience commissioning technical investigations and providing planning input to project scoping.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of Facility and Bulk Network Management Plans.
• Integrate lifecycle planning with investment prioritisation and governance.
• Translate asset data into risk reporting and prioritized investment needs.
• Commission priority investigations and guide project scoping for capital works.
• Lead a high-performing technical team delivering reliable and sustainable outcomes.
