Job summary

• Tertiary qualification in project/engineering/construction or business.
• Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile.
• Extensive experience leading infrastructure/capital programmes.
• Proven ability to establish/improve project management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Programme and Project Management function with a high-performing delivery culture.
• Drive governance, assurance, risk, commercial and project management practices across the capital programme.
• Influence delivery on high-risk projects and strategic resourcing decisions.
• Shape the Project Management Centre of Excellence with methodologies, tools and controls.
• Develop capability through coaching, workforce planning and professional development.
