Job summary

Tiaki Wai seeks an experienced asset-management leader to drive strategic planning and delivery across its critical water infrastructure. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, shape investment decisions, and champion a culture of accountability and capability growth.

You will integrate growth forecasts, levels of service, and future demand into long-term investment strategies, partnering with executives to support evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading multidisciplinary asset-management teams.
• Strong knowledge of asset-management frameworks including ISO55000.
• Proven ability to set direction, coach teams and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction and performance expectations for the asset-management team.
• Drive development and continuous improvement of AMS, SAMP, and planning frameworks.
• Translate asset condition, risk and performance data into investment recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide trusted, executive-level advice.
