Job summary

Tiaki Wai is offering a Project Coordinator position in the Wellington region. You will support a busy capital delivery programme, coordinating schedules, milestones and documentation across multiple projects, while maintaining governance and reporting requirements.

As part of a dynamic team, you’ll work closely with Project and Programme Managers to keep workstreams aligned, organise meetings, capture actions, and provide timely updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project delivery environment in a coordination role.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall or PRINCE2 PM methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools to coordinate and track information, e.g. Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans, schedules, meetings, actions, and timelines, keeping multiple workstreams moving.
• Track milestones and actions to provide clear visibility of progress across the team.
• Support project financial administration and reporting, including budgets, invoices and expenditure.
