Tiaki Wai is offering a Project Coordinator position in the Wellington region. You will support a busy capital delivery programme, coordinating schedules, milestones and documentation across multiple projects, while maintaining governance and reporting requirements.
As part of a dynamic team, you’ll work closely with Project and Programme Managers to keep workstreams aligned, organise meetings, capture actions, and provide timely updates.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week.
The remuneration midpoint for this role is $90,697 (including KiwiSaver), depending on skills and experience

As Project Coordinator, you’ll work alongside experienced Project and Programme Managers, providing the coordination that helps keep projects organised, visible and moving forward. With multiple projects underway, no two days will be quite the same – you’ll coordinate schedules and meetings, track actions and milestones, manage project documentation and support financial and performance reporting.
