Teletrac Navman, a leading GPS fleet management software provider in New Zealand, is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to coordinate and deliver successful implementations. You will manage end-to-end installation workflows, create accurate work orders, schedule installers, monitor progress, and communicate with customers and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

In this role you will coordinate teams, maintain data integrity, and escalate risks while contributing to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation activities and manage end-to-end implementation workflows.
• Create and maintain accurate work orders with data integrity.
• Schedule and coordinate installers in line with availability and job requirements.
• Monitor installation progress and proactively manage delays, rebookings, and issues.
• Communicate with customers, contractors, installers, and internal stakeholders for smooth delivery.
• Identify and escalate at-risk or complex jobs and support continuous process improvement.
