Job summary

Teletrac Navman NZ is seeking a Deployment Coordinator to drive end‑to‑end deployment of Teletrac Navman solutions. You will coordinate installation, service activities and scheduling with installers, customers and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute deployment of Teletrac Navman solutions across regions.
• Create and manage work orders with accurate customer, asset and installation data.
• Schedule installers and manage dispatch to meet SLAs.
• Track progress and follow up on delays; rebook as needed.
• Maintain system updates across platforms and manage queues.
• Communicate with installers, customers and stakeholders to support jobs.
• Identify at risk or complex jobs and escalate when required.
• Support process improvements and collaboration with internal teams.

What You Will Do

As a Deployment Coordinator, you will have the unique opportunity to end to end coordinate and execute the successful deployment of Teletrac Navman solutions, ensuring work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and within defined service expectations. You will help us in our mission to solve our customers' problems.

To break it down, your responsibilities will include:

• Support the deployment and delivery of Teletrac Navman solutions across relevant regions
• Accountable for coordination and execution of installation and service activities within defined expectations
• Create and manage work orders, ensuring accuracy of customer, asset, and installation / service requirements
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of installers, ensuring alignment with availability and job requirements
• Track progress and follow up on outstanding or delayed work
• Manage rebooking of failed appointments and resolution of scheduling issues
• Maintain accurate and timely system updates across relevant platforms
• Manage assigned queues, ensuring effective prioritisation and SLA adherence
• Communicate with installers, contractors, customers, and internal stakeholders to support job completion
• Identify and elevate at-risk or complex jobs where required
• Contribute to process improvement by identifying inefficiencies or data issues
• Support implementation activities in collaboration with internal teams where required
• Maintain clear, professional communication across all stakeholder groups
• Assist in maintaining installer schedules and resource planning for standard and complex work
• Provide support across On-Demand activities, including case management and parts coordination
• Validate completion requirements, including financial and administrative readiness of work orders
• Capture and share customer feedback where relevant
• Support internal partners where required
