Job summary

Teletrac Navman, a leading GPS fleet management software provider in New Zealand, is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to coordinate and deliver successful implementations. You will manage end-to-end installation workflows, create accurate work orders, schedule installers, monitor progress, and communicate with customers and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

In this role you will coordinate teams, maintain data integrity, and escalate risks while contributing to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation activities and manage end-to-end implementation workflows.

WHAT YOUWILL DO

As an Implementation Coordinator, you will have the unique opportunity to coordinate and execute the successful implementation of Teletrac Navman solutions, ensuring work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and within defined service expectations. You will help us in our mission to solve our customers' problems.

To break it down, your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating installation activities and managing end-to-end implementation workflows
