Job summary

Belron New Zealand, including Smith&Smith, Laser, and Exceed brands, is seeking a Fixed-Term Customer Service Representative at the Napier Support Office. You will handle customer enquiries, process orders, and liaise with logistics and branches to ensure a seamless service experience.

The role offers 20–30 hours per week with some Saturday shifts on rotation, and full training with potential hybrid work after training. Contract runs from mid‑November to 30 April 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ideally with phone or administration duties.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent multitasking ability and proficiency with multiple systems.
