Job summary

Kiwibank in Hamilton and across NZ is seeking a Business Banking customer advisor to be the trusted first point of contact for Kiwi business customers. You will handle phone, email and digital queries, identify needs and provide practical solutions to help businesses thrive.

Qualifications

Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a phone-based or frontline environment.
Comfortable assisting customers across phone, email and digital channels.
