Job summary

Westpac New Zealand is seeking a Business Consultant for the Business Banking team. This is a phone-based, permanent full-time role based in Auckland or Wellington, helping Business Banking customers with day-to-day needs and connecting them with the right support.

You will engage with internal teams, manage diverse customer requests within agreed timeframes, and represent the unit professionally while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Has prior phone-based customer service experience.
• Is passionate about delivering exceptional service to Business Banking customers.
• Has a good understanding of business clients and their unique needs.
• Communicates clearly and professionally via phone and email.
• Represents the business unit in a friendly, confident, and professional manner.
• Uses initiative and takes ownership to consistently deliver on promises.
• Is eager to learn and grow within the role.
• Holds a tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential).
