Job summary

Zespri seeks a Business Analyst to join our Digital Services team. You’ll partner with stakeholders to uncover opportunities, translate needs into requirements, and drive practical, scalable solutions across data, reporting, and integrations.

With BA experience in a large organisation, you’ll guide workshops, improve processes, and support adoption while collaborating on transformation initiatives worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in a large organisation.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms (SAP, Dynamics, or similar).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
• Self-starting; able to navigate ambiguity and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and opportunities.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and specs.
• Facilitate workshops and drive alignment across teams.
• Analyse and improve business processes for efficiency and UX.
• Contribute to large-scale transformation and continuous improvement.
• Work across data, reporting, integrations, and business applications.
• Support successful solution delivery and user adoption.
