You’ll develop artifacts like Business Requirements Documents, analyze data and processes, and coordinate testing to ensure usable system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specs.

• Experience creating BRDs and other artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements by engaging with stakeholders.
• Develop Business Requirements Documents outlining objectives and scope.
• Collect metrics, create reporting, and perform analysis.
• Analyze data and workflows to recommend improvements.
• Present findings and recommendations to the business.
• Coordinate testing to ensure efficient, usable system enhancements.
• Ensure knowledge artifacts are completed.
• Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines.
