Job summary
Zespri, a global kiwifruit leader, seeks a Business Analyst to join our Digital Services team. You will partner with senior stakeholders to uncover opportunities, translate needs into clear requirements, and help deliver scalable, value-driven solutions across ERP/CRM platforms and data ecosystems.
In this role you will facilitate workshops, map processes, and contribute to both large transformation programs and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst within a large and complex organisation.
- Strong capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories and functional documentation.
- Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM platforms, ideally SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise systems.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
- A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and influence outcomes through collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and teams to understand challenges, opportunities and desired outcomes.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and lead conversations that drive alignment and unlock innovative thinking.
- Analyse and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and user experience.
- Contribute to both large-scale transformation initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Work across data, reporting, integrations and business applications to deliver practical and scalable solutions.
- Support successful solution delivery, user adoption and smooth transition into operational teams.
