Qualifications

• 3–7 years experience as a BA or similar in tech consulting or digital transformation.
• Experience with enterprise and SaaS platforms such as CRM, ERP, Customer Experience, Analytics, or Content Management.
• Translate business processes and stakeholder needs into solution designs, product configurations, and requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across business and technical teams.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and delivering client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand objectives and facilitate discovery.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and process maps.
• Develop deep product knowledge to design scalable, customer-centric solutions.
• Identify gaps between requirements and product functionality and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with developers and delivery teams to support configuration, testing and validation.
• Produce documentation including specifications, maps, guides, and release communications.
• Lead training, change management and adoption activities for business readiness.
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
