• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in documenting requirements, specifications, and process flows.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a hybrid team setting in Queenstown.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications for IT systems and process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, testers, and end-users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and wireframes to effectively communicate requirements.
