Job summary

SGS NZ is seeking an HR People Systems Analyst to support HR technology, reporting and payroll systems. You will manage HR platforms like Workday and DataPay, ensure data integrity, and contribute to analytics and automation initiatives.

You will work on HR reporting dashboards, governance, and system enhancements across the employee lifecycle, while supporting employees and managers using HR systems and remuneration processes. This is a great opportunity to grow in HR tech and people analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience using HRIS platforms (Workday experience advantageous).
• Exposure to Power BI.
• Curious mindset with interest in AI and automation for business processes.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Genuine interest in HR technology, data and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HR systems including Workday and DataPay to ensure data integrity.
• Support HR reporting and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Drive HR process automation and continuous improvement using Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate and AI solutions.
• Support HR data governance, audits, integrations and system enhancements across the employee lifecycle.
• Provide support to employees and managers using HR systems.
• Administer remuneration and benefits processes, including salary and bonus reviews.
• Support system upgrades, testing and process improvement initiatives.
