Alpha Recruitment is partnering with a Wellington-based employer to recruit a seasoned HR analyst. The role focuses on HRIS data, HR analytics and in-depth HR reporting, reporting to the HRIS Manager.

The successful candidate will bring strong HR analytics experience and a solid HRIS/payroll background to support decision-making across the HR function in a permanent, full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• At least two years experience working as an HR Analyst
• Proven experience working with HR data
• Proven HRIS experience and payroll analytics experience
• Proven HR/payroll systems testing experience

Responsibilities

• Work on HRIS data, HR analytics and conducting in depth HR reporting
• Support HR decision-making with robust HR analytics
• Demonstrate strong HR analyst background
