HR Transformation – Payroll Business Analyst

We are looking for a Payroll Business Analyst to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional HR transformation services to our clients. In this role you will implement SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions, engage in transformative HR/Payroll projects across diverse sectors, and help clients optimise their Payroll systems to elevate employee experiences.
Your key responsibilities
- Create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between HR/Payroll and technical teams.
- Analyse and enhance HCM and Payroll systems and HR and Payroll processes to identify improvement opportunities and optimise service delivery models.
- Support program streams, including technical, functional, testing, change management, and training teams, by documenting processes and creating design specifications.
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and solution demonstrations, engaging stakeholders from operational teams to C‑suite executives.
Skills and attributes for success
- A relevant degree or qualification in Business, Commerce, HR, HR Technology or Information Systems.
- Experience working with different HR/Payroll systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) and HR/Payroll processes, including process review, analysis and design.
- Understanding of Payroll Technology related business challenges and how to improve people and business experience.
- Desirable: Experience in Workforce Management projects, consulting experience, and ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels, manage stakeholders and relationships effectively.
