Job summary

New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to ensure our people systems run smoothly and to provide trusted, accurate data across our global footprint. The role focuses on position management, employee movements, data integrity, and administration of BambooHR and our wider systems environment.

You will manage data quality across systems, lead position management, and be the go-to person for BambooHR and ServiceNow for the People team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with HRIS platforms and position management.
• Strong data quality mindset and ability to maintain high-quality workforce data.
• Experience managing employee movements and organisational changes within a medium to large organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage data quality and integrity across our people systems, acting as trusted source of truth.
• Lead position management activities and ensure accurate and efficient employee movements.
• Be the go-to person for BambooHR and ServiceNow within the People team, including admin, permissions, reporting, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Partner with Payroll, People and Digital teams to support seamless workforce administration and data flows across systems.
• Support people reporting by providing accurate workforce data, insights and analysis.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across systems, processes and employee experience.
