Job summary

Global Wave Group is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator based in Albany, Auckland. The role supports daily HR operations, employee lifecycle management, system administration, compliance, and rollout of HR policies for overseas teams.

You will manage records, assist onboarding and offboarding, and coordinate with IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth HR operations. Fresh graduates are welcome; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IS, data analytics, or related field.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Fluent in English; proficient in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee records and HR documentation accurately.
• Support daily HR operations and lifecycle processes.
• Assist with onboarding, transfers, and offboarding for overseas teams.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Support implementation of HR policies and projects.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
