Placements24 is seeking a vigilant HR Compliance Officer based in Queenstown to ensure adherence to South African labour laws and regulatory requirements.

You will develop, implement and monitor HR policies, conduct audits, manage grievances and disciplinary actions, and provide guidance to management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with a strong compliance focus.
• In-depth knowledge of SA Labour Relations Act, BCEA, EEA, and related legislation.
• Proven experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures compliant with South African labour laws.
• Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure compliance and identify potential risks.
• Manage and oversee the process for employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting as required by regulatory bodies.
• Provide training and guidance to management and staff on HR compliance matters.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation and advise the organization on necessary adjustments.
