Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a meticulous and experienced Remote HR Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to labor laws across operations, supporting the Queenstown region and beyond. This fully remote role requires a deep understanding of South African employment law, HR policies, and best practices.

You will develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs, conduct audits, and provide guidance to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR compliance or labor law.
• Deep knowledge of South African labor legislation and employment equity.
• Experience developing and implementing compliance programs and conducting audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Conduct audits of HR practices and documentation to identify gaps.
• Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations and advise the organization accordingly.

About the Role
