Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor law, including the Labour Relations Act.
• Proven experience conducting workplace investigations and mediation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee grievances and complaints.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
• Develop and deliver training on HR policies, procedures, and best practices for employee relations.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure fair and consistent application.
• Manage disciplinary processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company procedures.
• Identify trends in employee relations issues and recommend proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
