Novotel Queenstown Lakeside on the shores of Lake Wakatipu is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations and uphold our high standards of cleanliness and guest service.

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will supervise staff, manage schedules, and coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance. Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand; wage is 32.15 NZD per hour, full-time with a minimum 30-hour guarantee.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6+ months supervisory/ team leader experience in hotel housekeeping or accommodation services.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multicultural team.
• Understanding of hygiene, safety protocols, and manual handling procedures.
• Wage $32.15/ hr
• Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand.

Reporting to theExecutive Housekeeper, the Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the housekeeping department. You'll ensure rooms and public areas are immaculately clean, manage linen and laundry logistics, support staff development, and uphold all health, safety, and environmental standards in accordance with our brand and service policies.
