Job summary

Joyous Limited seeks a senior revenue leader to build and run the commercial engine across marketing, sales, activation and customer success. You’ll start hands-on, growing a small team to ~10 and codifying processes, scripts and journeys.

This is NZ-based with Auckland preferred, primarily serving the US market, with equity and flexible work options. Ideal candidates have recent, transferable B2B SaaS or AI software GTM experience and a track record of turning a growth engine into repeatable

Qualifications

• Recent, directly transferable experience in building mid-market growth engines.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or AI software environment with strong GTM execution.
• Hands-on operator who can own campaigns, pipeline, and playbooks at startup scale.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the commercial engine across Marketing, Sales, Activation and Customer Success.
• Be hands-on initially and scale the team to ~10 people over time.
• Develop campaigns, pipelines, sales calls, playbooks and customer journeys.
• Hire and drive performance while turning the foundation into a repeatable process.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO/founder and other executives.
