Job summary

Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities is seeking an experienced PMO leader to head the Programme Management Office for its Technology Modernisation Programme in Wellington. The role focuses on integrated planning, governance, reporting, assurance and performance management to support successful delivery.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, establish consistent PMO disciplines, and provide trusted guidance to senior leaders while fostering accountability and continuous improvement across

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading a Programme Management Office within a large-scale transformation.
Proven ability to establish or enhance PMO frameworks, governance practices and delivery disciplines.
Experience integrating planning, financial management, governance reporting and risk management.

Responsibilities

Lead the central PMO function for the Technology Modernisation Programme.
Provide trusted advice and maintain an integrated view of plans, risks and performance.
Develop multidisciplinary teams and ensure accountability across delivery partners.
Support executive decision-making with evidence-based insight and governance controls.
