Kāinga Ora is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Programme Management Office (PMO) and support successful delivery across our Technology Modernisation Programme.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will lead the programme’s central PMO function, bringing together integrated planning, governance, reporting, performance management, assurance and programme information management. You will help ensure programme leaders, delivery teams and governance forums have the information, insight and disciplines needed to support effective decision-making and successful delivery.

This is an opportunity to shape and lead a high‑performing PMO function as a significant technology and business transformation moves into implementation. Working alongside senior leaders, delivery teams and specialist partners, you will help keep the programme aligned, informed and moving forward in a sustainable and evidence-based way.
