Job summary

EY in Auckland is seeking a Senior Consultant – Technology PMO & Programme Delivery to lead governance, reporting, and delivery assurance across complex technology transformation programmes. You will work with programme directors, project managers, architects, and client stakeholders to enable informed decision-making and realise programme benefits.

The role is hybrid from our Tāmaki Makaurau office, with potential flexible hours and options to adjust workloads.

Qualifications

PMO or Programme Management experience on large technology or transformation programmes.
Strong knowledge of governance, portfolio reporting, RAID management, resource planning, forecasting, financial management, and change control processes.
Experience using project and portfolio management tools and reporting solutions to support executive decision-making.
Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Support and operate PMO governance processes across large technology and transformation programmes, providing leadership with accurate reporting, forecasting, risk insights, and decision support.
Coordinate programme planning, resource management, financial tracking, scope governance, change control, and delivery assurance activities to support successful programme outcomes.
Partner with senior stakeholders, project managers, and delivery teams to drive transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across complex, multi-vendor technology initiatives.
