Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island Limited is seeking an Enterprise Change Practice Lead to define and champion our change discipline, embedding it into programmes across stores, distribution centres and support teams. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Transformation, you will lead a team of Change Managers, set standards and frameworks, and demonstrate the value of effective change to executives and boards.

This is a hands-on leadership role shaping how we operate during a period of rapid

Qualifications

• Experience creating or leading an enterprise change practice.
• Strong storytelling and influencing skills with board-level visibility.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder groups across functions.
• Exposure to frontline retail and processes affecting customer engagement.
• Knowledge of change methodologies and how to apply them.
• Track record of leading and developing change practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead our Change Centre of Excellence, including its vision, services, priorities, measures of success and a team of Change Managers.
• Create the frameworks, playbooks, templates and readiness tools that help people adopt new ways of working.
• Own our change and communications strategy, so every major programme has a clear story and plan.
• Advise executives, Boards and sponsors on change impacts and adoption.
• Track adoption and benefits, and grow change capability across the business.
