Zusammenfassung

NZ Commerce Commission is seeking a Change Lead in Wellington on a fixed-term basis through 30 June 2027. You will design and embed an enterprise change framework, create practical tools, templates and guidance, and support major initiatives to ensure sustainable benefits for people and the public.

You will work across diverse initiatives including digital transformation, AI adoption and new ways of working, building capability and enabling leaders and teams to navigate change effectively.

Qualifikationen

• Experience establishing organisational or enterprise change management frameworks.
• Knowledge of recognised methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or similar approaches.
• Ability to provide strategic advice and hands-on support during complex changes.
• Experience enabling digital and operating-model change initiatives across portfolios.

• Establish and embed a fit-for-purpose organisational change management framework for the organisation.
• Design and implement the enterprise change framework and practical tools/templates.
• Support strategically important change initiatives and build organisational capability.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and coaching to ensure sustained adoption.
• Navigate diverse business and technology change programmes across the portfolio.
