Job summary

Westpac New Zealand Limited is seeking a Delivery Lead within Transformation and Customer Operations. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, managing scope, time, cost and quality while engaging stakeholders across business and technology teams.

The role focuses on governance, risk management, and delivering complex change programs in a corporate environment. Hybrid working opportunities may apply, with strong emphasis on collaboration and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Project Management lifecycle and practical application.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Ability to identify risks, lead reviews and mitigation strategies.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and breaking scope into epics and stories.
• Experience managing complex business and technical change in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute enterprise-wide initiatives within scope, time, cost and quality.
• Maintain delivery framework, governance and programme alignment.
• Engage internal stakeholders, vendors and clients to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure resources are allocated and sponsors are engaged; manage delivery risks.
• Oversee initiative budgeting, forecasting and financial accountability.
