Zusammenfassung

The Commerce Commission in Wellington seeks an experienced Change Lead to design and embed a fit-for-purpose enterprise change management framework. This fixed-term role runs through to 30 June 2027, supporting digital transformation, AI adoption and new ways of working to deliver lasting benefits for New Zealanders.

You will translate change methodologies into practical approaches, work across business and technology initiatives, and build capability through workshops and coaching across

Qualifikationen

Experience establishing enterprise change management frameworks.
Knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR or similar methodologies.
Strategic advice and hands-on delivery.
Experience supporting complex organisational, digital or operating model change initiatives.
Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills.
Public sector or regulatory experience valued but not essential.
